General test method for footwear-Test method for hardness
What are the provisions of this standard? This standard specifies the hardness test method for molded soles (including finished shoes and molded soles). 2 Principle
GB/T 3903.4:94
Use a handheld durometer to check and press the needle on the surface of the finished shoe or molded sole. The hardness value indicated by the pointer of the durometer is the hardness value. The hardness is divided into Shore A and Shore W. Shore A is suitable for the hardness test of non-microporous materials, and Shore W is used for the hardness test of microporous materials.
3' Example
3.1 Introduction
3.2 Microporous material soles 3.3 The test part is flat, without embedded glue, bubble, machine mold and other impurities. If the flat part is not flat, grind it three times. 3.4 Each group of test pieces has a pair of formed or molded bottoms. 3.6 Place the above 4 test equipment under the source of 232. 5 Test pieces. 5. 1. Ambient temperature 23±2.
5.2 The finished shoe must be installed and the molded sole must be neat. There should be no gap between the test part and the finished shoe (molded sole). 5.3. The mold test case should be set and the center should be avoided.
E. Test procedures
6.1. Before the test, check the surface of the test piece. It is better to clean the surface with yarn and wine lees. 6.2. Press the spoon of the hand-held hardness tester vertically on the flat surface of the test piece (if the product label does not specify the test part, replace the flat surface of the specified part). )After checking the sample, the user shall report the value immediately.
6.3 Each point shall be measured for the first time, and the height between the measuring point and the edge shall not be less than 10mm, and the distance between the measuring points shall not be less than 10mm. Approved by the State Administration of Technology on November 17, 1994, and implemented on 199508-01
7 Test results

7.1 The value indicated by the pointer of the meter is the measured value, which is simply called "degree". 94||tt| |7.2 Each group of samples has two shoes (soles) that are tested cumulatively. Each shoe is tested at 3 points. The arithmetic mean of the half-mean and the average value of the two shoes (soles) is used as the test result of the group or rounded to an integer: 7.3 The allowable error between the absolute value and the average value of the two shoes is .5%. If the value exceeds the tolerance, the test report shall be compensated. 8.1 Please indicate that the test is carried out according to this standard.
8.2 Sample number, Name, specification, manufacturer, name of the tree material and surface treatment of the test part. 8.3 Acid test temperature
8.4 Test results.
8.5 Test inspector and date.
