This standard is applicable to light and small diesel engine-pump direct-connected unit (hereinafter referred to as unit) with a flow rate of 8~170m/h, a head of 760m and a matching power of 2.21~11.03kW. 2 Reference standards

JB/T6665.2 Technical conditions for light and small diesel engine-pump direct-connected units 3 Types
The unit is mainly composed of a diesel engine and a ticket. According to the type of the matching pump, it can be divided into a self-priming unit and a non-self-priming unit; according to the movement mode of the unit, it can be divided into a hand-lifted unit and a trolley-type unit. 3.1 The structural type and basic parameters of the matching pump of the non-self-priming unit shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6663.1. 3.2 The structural type and basic parameters of the matching pump of the self-priming unit shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6664.1. 3.3 The pump and diesel engine are installed on the same frame, and the power transmission mode is direct drive or coaxial. 3.4 The rotation direction of the ticket shaft is counterclockwise when viewed from the ticket inlet. 4 Model

The model of the unit is indicated by capital Latin letters and Arabic numerals, and the composition and meaning are as follows: CB

The deviation of the basic parameters of the unit's matching pump shall comply with the provisions of Class C in GB3216, but the critical NPSH of the self-priming unit shall not have a lower deviation of 5.3
. The fuel consumption rate under the unit output power shall not be greater than the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2. 5.5
For units whose flow, head or speed do not comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2, the following provisions shall be met: b.

The basic parameters of the matching pump shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6663.1 or JB/T6664.1; the power reserve coefficient of the matching diesel engine is 1.1~1.4; the fuel consumption rate of the unit shall not be greater than the calculated value of formula (1): Go
