This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO3789.1-1982 "Position and operation method of driver's control devices for agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery, lawn and gardening power machinery Part 1: Common control devices". Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the control type, position and control direction (including the direction of action) of common control devices for agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery, lawn and gardening machinery.
This standard applies to agricultural and forestry tractors and machinery, lawn and gardening machinery. 2 Reference standards

Installation position
According to the provisions of GB6230 and JB/T6677.2
A position that can be quickly approached by the driver's right foot, installed on the right side of the brake pedal
Installed in front of or to the right of the driver and in a position that is convenient for the driver to operate
Moving the pedal forward or downward increases the engine speed
The movement direction of the joystick is in a plane parallel to the longitudinal axis of the driving vehicle, and its movement direction should be away from the driver (usually forward or upward increases the engine speed)
According to GB6230 and J B/T6677.2 provisions
In front of the driver
When equipped with a steering wheel, clockwise rotation should make the vehicle turn right, and clockwise rotation is a left turn. Special requirements for steering. According to GBG230 and JD/T6G7T.2 provisions, implemented on January 1, 1994

Installation location
The brake pedal should be located at a convenient position for the driver's right foot
At the driver's side
Operation method
The direction of movement of the brake pedal is generally forward or downward to engage the brake
When the wheeled tractor is equipped with brake pedals for left and right braking respectively, the brake should be interlocked to prevent excessive deviation due to braking when driving in a straight line
Pull action is preferred. When equipped with left and right independent hand control mechanisms, the brake should be interlocked to prevent excessive deviation due to braking when driving in a straight line
According to GB6230 and JB/T6677. 2 regulations
Combined with the service brake pedal
Separate right-hand joystick
According to the regulations of GB6230 and JB/T6677.2
A convenient position for the driver's right foot
According to the regulations of GB6230 and JB/T6677.2
A convenient position for the driver to operate
Using a pulling action
The operating mechanism should effectively make the pedal on the support shaft under the driver's feet in a neutral position when not working. The forward or downward movement of the front end of the pedal should cause forward movement and increase the forward movement speed. The downward movement of the rear end of the pedal should cause reverse movement and increase the reverse speed. This operation should be able to directly convert forward movement into reverse movement through the neutral position. This structure should be able to prevent automatic gear shifting and should be set up with a reliable neutral position
Moving the joystick forward or upward from the neutral position is for forward movement and increase forward speed; moving it backward or downward is for reverse movement and increase reverse speed. When this selective operation can be directly converted from forward to reverse via neutral position, this structure should be able to prevent automatic gear jumping and should be equipped with a reliable neutral position

Method of operation
Move the joystick gradually upward or forward from the neutral position to select a gear to increase forward speed; move the joystick gradually downward or backward from the neutral position to select a reverse gear to increase normal speed. When the joystick can directly pass through the neutral position from forward to reverse, a separate and reliable "neutral" position should be provided. When passing through the neutral position, there should be a device to prevent automatic shifting to prevent accidental movement of the joystick
The shift diagram should be simple and the markings should be clear, especially the neutral position should be easy to identify and easy to select
Moving the joystick forward makes the vehicle move forward: moving the joystick backward makes the vehicle move backward. If there is a neutral position, there should be a device to prevent the joystick from accidentally moving from the neutral position. Safety device
Move the joystick backward or downward to disengage
Push the pedal forward or downward to disengage
Forward or downward to engage. When the differential lock is engaged, there should be a clear indication
Push the pedal forward or downward to disengage. When a double-acting high-clutch is used, the power output clutch disengagement action should be the second level
Move the joystick downward or backward to disengage. The driver can only operate in his working position according to GB6230 and JB/T667 7.2 provisions
