25mL or 30mL porcelain crucible, electric blast drying oven, muffle furnace, sintering furnace, analytical balance with a sensitivity of 0.1mg, dryer and material clamps.
5.6.3 Test steps
5.6.3.1 Treatment of porcelain crucible
Wash a 25mL or 30mL porcelain crucible and place it in a muffle furnace at (500±5)℃ and burn it for 1h (for new porcelain crucibles, soak it in 6N hydrochloric acid first, wash it and then place it in the muffle furnace). Take out the crucible and cool it in the air for 1~3min, move it into a desiccator, and cool it for 45min. The crucible treatment is considered complete. Place it in a desiccator for long-term storage. When doing this test again, just put the porcelain crucible into an electric heating blast drying oven at a temperature of (150±5)℃ for 2h and use it. If it is not properly stored, re-treat it according to the above method. 5.6.3.2 Weighing samples
Weigh three samples with a mass of about 1.0g. 5.6.3.3 Drying treatment of samples
ZBG33005—89
Put the weighed samples into porcelain crucibles and transfer them into an electric blast drying oven at a temperature of (150±5)°C. After 2 hours, take them out and place them in a desiccator to cool to room temperature. Take out the samples and weigh them accurately to 0.1mg to obtain a mass m1. 5.6.3.4 Sintering treatment of samples
Put the weighed samples after drying treatment into crucibles and load them into a sintering furnace together and maintain the furnace temperature at (370±5)°C. After 2 hours, naturally cool down to about 150°C and transfer them into a desiccator to cool to room temperature. Take out the samples and weigh them accurately to 0.1mg to obtain a mass m2. 5.6.4 Calculation of volatile loss
The volatile loss is calculated according to formula (4):
W= m2 ×100
Where: W——volatilization loss, %;
The mass of the test piece after drying at 150℃ for 2h, g; m
m2——The mass of the test piece after sintering at 370℃ for 2h, g. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Raw tapes of the same brand, process and specification are batches. 6.2 Factory inspection items shall include appearance specifications and shall be inspected by 5% sampling. 6.3 Type inspection
Should include the test items specified in Chapter 4. Except for the volatilization loss which is tested once every quarter, the other items shall be measured once per batch. When the measured results do not meet the performance indicators, double samples shall be taken for retesting. If they are still unqualified, they shall be treated as unqualified. 7
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The product marking shall include the manufacturer's name, product name, product specifications, manufacturing date or production batch number. 7.2 Packaging
Packaging: Single roll packaging. Since the raw tape is prone to static electricity and easy to absorb dust and dirt, it is stipulated that for each single roll without pollution, damage, deformation and other defects, it is packaged in a small plastic bag, and then packaged in a large plastic bag and carton. 7.3 Transportation
Prevent heavy pressure, sun exposure and rain during transportation. 7.4 Storage
The raw tape should be stored in a clean warehouse in a packaged state, away from fire sources. Additional remarks:
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Plastics Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard was jointly drafted by Tianjin Plastics Factory No. 9, Chenguang Chemical Research Institute No. 3, Beijing Plastics Research Institute and other units. This standard adopts Japanese Industrial Standard JISK-6885-1979 "Polytetrafluoroethylene unsintered tape for thread sealing".
