The type and main parameters of the impeller agitator shall comply with the provisions of HG/T2123. 4 Technical requirements

4.1 The material selection of impeller blades, rings and sleeves Carbon steel shall comply with the provisions of GB3274, GB700 and GB699; the selection of stainless steel shall comply with the provisions of GB3280 and GB1220: The material of fasteners shall comply with the drawings and corresponding standard requirements. 4.2 The coating of the agitator shall meet the corresponding technical requirements. 4.3 The welding between the blades, discs and sleeves shall be continuous welding, and the type and size of the welding joint shall comply with the provisions of GB985: the welding rod shall comply with the provisions of GB5117, GB5118 and GB983, 4.4 The blades of the open turbine agitator shall be perpendicular to the axis of the shaft hole: the disc surface of the national disc turbine agitator shall be perpendicular to the axis of the shaft hole; the verticality tolerance is 0.2% of the agitator diameter and shall not exceed 3mm. The limit deviation of the shaft hole shall comply with the H8 level of GB.1801, and the surface roughness Ra of the shaft hole shall not exceed 3.2μm.
4.5. The limit deviation of the diameter and blade length of the agitator shall comply with the 14th grade accuracy of GB1804; the limit deviation of the unfilled tolerance size of the machined surface shall comply with the 14th grade precision: the limit deviation of the unfilled tolerance size of the non-machined surface shall comply with the 16th grade accuracy. 4.6 The keyway size and deviation of the agitator shaft sleeve shall comply with the provisions of GB1095, and the keyway width shall be D18 or JS9. Approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China on August 19, 1992-01-01, HG / T 2, 4-91, which shows that the agitator surface should be free of sharp edges and burrs, and the blades should be flat. 4.8,1 When the blade tip linear velocity v<5 m/s, static balance test may not be performed, and the blades and disks and other parts should be welded symmetrically to reduce unbalanced weight.
