1.1 Sampling tube: suitable for sampling of barreled oil. Glass tube with an inner diameter of 1.5-2.5cm and a length of about 120cm. GB/T5524-85
1.2 Sampling cylinder: suitable for sampling of bulk oil. Made of cylindrical aluminum cylinder, with a capacity of about 0.5L, with a cover, bottom and cylinder plug. A coaxial cylinder plug is installed at the two centers of the cover and bottom for sampling. There are two lifting rings on the cover and a lifting ring on the cylinder plug, tied with a thin rope, and there are three feet at the bottom of the cylinder.
1.3 Sample bottle: ground mouth bottle, capacity 14kg. 2 Sampling method
2.1 Sampling method for barreled oil
2.1.1 Sampling regulations are as follows:
7 barrels or less: sample barrel by barrel
10 barrels or less: no less than 7 barrels
11~50 barrels: no less than 10 barrels
51~100 barrels: no less than 15 barrels
101 barrels or more: sample no less than 15% of the total number of barrels. The sampling points of the barrels should be evenly distributed. 2.1.2 Sampling: First, stir the oil and fat evenly, slowly insert the sampling tube from the barrel mouth to the bottom of the barrel, then plug the upper mouth and lift the sample support tube, and inject the oil sample into the sample bottle. If you specify to take oil samples from a certain part, first use your thumb to plug the hole on the sampling tube, insert it to the part to be sampled and release your thumb. After the oil sample from the sampling part enters the tube, immediately plug the hole and take it out, and inject the oil sample into the sample bottle. If the number of samples taken is less than 1kg, the number of sampling barrels can be increased, and the number of samples in each barrel is the same. 2.2 Bulk oil sampling method: Bulk oil is inspected in one oil pool, one oil tank, and one truck tank. 2.2.1 Layering: According to the height of bulk oil, it is divided into three layers of upper, middle and lower at equal distances. The upper layer is about 40cm from the oil surface; the middle layer is in the middle of the oil layer; the lower layer is 40cm from the bottom of the oil pool. The ratio of the number of samples in the three layers is 1:3:1 (1:8:1 for horizontal oil pools and truck tanks).
2.2.2 The quantity of samples is stipulated as follows:
500t or less: not less than 1.5kg; Www.bzxZ.net
501-1000t: not less than 2.0kg;
1001t or more: not less than 4.0kg.
2.2.3 Sampling: After closing the plug of the sampling tube and sinking it into the sampling position, lift the string on the plug to let the oil enter the tube, and lift the sample tube to take the oil sample.
2.3 Sampling of flowing oil in the oil pipeline: According to the amount and flow of oil, calculate the flow time, and use the timing and quantitative method to take samples at the outlet of the oil pipeline with an oil spoon.
3 Sampling method
After the oil sample is fully shaken and mixed evenly, 1kg is separated as an average sample for standby use. Additional remarks:
