1 Scope
This part of GB/T 15000 specifies general requirements for the competence and consistency of operations of reference material producers.
GB/T 15000.7 describes the requirements for the production of reference materials and can be used as part of a general quality assurance program for reference material producers.
GB/T 15000.7 covers the production of all reference materials, including certified reference materials.
Note: Reference material producers, regulatory authorities, organizations and schemes using peer review, accreditation bodies and other bodies can also use this part to confirm or recognize the competence of reference material producers.
