1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG /T 2410 —92
This standard specifies the number of test samples and sampling requirements for conveyor belt products. This standard applies to the sampling of ordinary fabric core conveyor belts, general purpose flame-retardant conveyor belts, wire rope core flame-retardant conveyor belts, and wire rope traction flame-retardant conveyor belts.
2 Number of samples
The number of samples for finished product inspection of conveyor belts shall meet the following requirements according to their monthly production: 2.1 When the production of the same type of conveyor belt exceeds 5000m, it shall be taken as a batch of no more than 5000m, and samples shall be taken from each batch for inspection. However, when the production exceeds 20000m, sampling is allowed to be taken at least once a week. 2.2 When the production of the same type of conveyor belt is less than 5000m, it shall be taken as a batch of no more than 2500m, and samples shall be taken from each batch for inspection, but not less than once a month.
Note: The same type of conveyor belt refers to the conveyor belts with the same use, the same cover strength grade and the same core material. 3 Sampling requirements
3.1 Sampling should be carried out on the finished product. The finished product inspection of the endless conveyor belt produced by the manufacturer can be replaced by a non-annular conveyor belt made of the same formula rubber compound and the same belt core material.
3.2 The sampling position should be more than 0.5m away from the end of the belt. The endless belt should avoid the joints. Additional instructions:
This standard is proposed by the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of Qingdao Rubber Industry Research Institute and drafted by Qingdao Sixth Rubber Factory. The main drafter of this standard is Sun Xiumin.
From the date of implementation of this standard, the original national standard GB6756--86 "Conveyor Belt Sampling" will be invalidated. The Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China approved it on October 22, 1992 and implemented it on July 1, 1993.
