4. Tensile strength is in accordance with GB1040. 5.2.5 Bending strength shall comply with the provisions of GB1042. 5.2.6 Friction performance
5.2.6.1 Adjust the air pressure to 0.1MPa, adjust the moment of inertia of the driven part to a fixed value, and rotate at a speed of 3m/s (middle part of the friction pair), and keep clutching for a certain period of time , so that the contact area of ??each friction disk is no less than 85%, disassemble the clutch, measure the thickness of the friction disk every 90° in the middle, and find the average thickness of the friction disk. 5.2.6.2 Adjust the rotational inertia, inner disk speed and air pressure to a certain value, and continuously clutch 50,000 times at a frequency of 15 times per minute. During the continuous clutching process, the dynamic temperature of the friction pair shall not exceed 150C. Disassemble the clutch and measure the thickness of the middle part of the friction plate. Multiply the difference between the measured thickness and the thickness measured in 5.2.6.1 by the friction area of ??the friction disk to calculate the wear amount. Then based on the moment of inertia during the test and the angular acceleration of the inner disk, calculate the wear rate. The value shall not be greater than the value shown in the table. 2 regulations. 5.2.6.3 Under normal temperature conditions (below 100°C), adjust the inner disk speed to a certain value, and then adjust the air pressure and moment of inertia to a certain value from small to large (not the maximum value, but the air pressure should be adjusted to 0.5 MPa), clutch at a frequency of 10 times per minute, and measure the dynamic transmission torque at various air pressures and moments of inertia.
5.2.6.4 Under normal temperature conditions (below 100°C), adjust the air pressure to a certain value, and then adjust the moment of inertia and inner disk speed to a certain value from small to large (not the maximum value) ), clutch at a frequency of 10 times per minute, and measure the dynamic transmission torque under various moments of inertia and inner disk speed.
5.2.6.5 Adjust the moment of inertia and inner disk speed to a certain value, with a clutch rate of 25 times per minute, and when the air pressure is equal to 0.5MPa, continue clutching until the equilibrium temperature, and measure the following items: a. Balance Temperature:
b, starting from normal temperature, the static friction coefficient at every 20C. Calculation of static friction coefficient:
where: T—actually measured clutch transmission torque, N·mQ—axial pressing force, N;
n—- —-Number of friction pairs;
Rr effective friction radius, m.
Wuzhong: R----Outer radius of friction pair.m
·Inner radius of friction pair, m.
