1 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of splitters and subscriber's taps (hereinafter referred to as components) in cabled distribution systems for television and sound signals of 5MHz to 1750MHz. This standard applies to splitters and subscriber's taps in cabled distribution systems for television and sound signals of 5MHz to 1750MHz. 2 Referenced Standards

3 Product classification
3.1 Distributors are divided into two-distributors, three-distributors, four-distributors and six-distributors according to the number of output ports. 3.2 Branches are divided into one-branchers, two-branchers, three-branchers and four-branchers according to the number of output ports. 3.3 Components are divided into general type, current passing type and waterproof type according to different use conditions. 4 Requirements
4.1 General requirements
The general requirements of components shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.1 in GB/T11318.1-1996. 4.2 Performance parameters
The performance parameter requirements of components are shown in Tables 1 to 6. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on September 9, 1996 390

4.3 Environmental adaptability
GB/T 11318.10—1996
The environmental adaptability requirements of components shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.3 of GB/T11318.1-1996. The test items after high temperature, constant humidity and heat, low temperature, sealing, sweep frequency vibration and collision tests are distribution loss or branch loss. After the alternating salt spray and free drop tests, the performance tests shall be carried out according to the items specified in Tables 1 to 6. The test results shall comply with the relevant provisions in Tables 1 to 6. 4.4 Reliability
The lower limit value of the reliability index mean time between failures (MTBF) of the component shall not be less than 100000h. The failure criterion is the distribution loss or branch loss, and the change range compared with that before the test exceeds ±1.5dB respectively. 4.5 Electromagnetic compatibility
The electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the components shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.6 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 5 Test methods
5.1 General requirements
The test methods for general requirements of components shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.1.2 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 5.2 Performance parameters
The performance parameter measurement methods of the components shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 4.2.2 of GB/T11318.1-1996. The port current carrying capacity measurement method shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.3 of GB/T11318.9. 5.3 Environmental adaptability
The environmental adaptability test method of the components shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.3 of GB/T11318.1-1996. The test temperature group is Group I. 5.4 ReliabilityWww.bzxZ.net
The reliability test method of the components shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.4 of GB/T11318.1-1996. The test plan is Plan I. 5.5 Electromagnetic compatibility
The electromagnetic compatibility test method of the components shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of 4.6 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 6 Inspection rules
The inspection rules of the components shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T11318.1-1996. The main electrical performance parameter detection items during the delivery inspection are distribution loss or branch loss.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of components shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of GB/T11318.1-1996. 393

3 Product classification

4.3 Environmental adaptability
GB/T 11318.10—1996
The environmental adaptability requirements of components shall comply with the relevant provisions of 4.3 of GB/T11318.1-1996.
