This standard is a revision of ZBJ62019-89 "Bench Press Precision". The technical content of this standard is basically consistent with that of ZBJ62019--89, and it has only been re-edited according to relevant regulations. This standard shall be implemented from January 1, 2000. This standard replaces ZBJ62019-89 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Forging Machinery. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Zhejiang Xiaoshan Precision Press Factory and Xiamen Forging Machine Tool Factory. The main drafter of this standard is Chen Yitong.
This standard was first issued in March 1989.

GB/T10923—1989General Rules for Precision Inspection of Forging Machinery 3 Basic Requirements
3.1 The work surface is the inspection reference surface for the accuracy of the press. If the press is equipped with a work surface, the plane on the work surface shall be used as the accuracy inspection reference.
3.2 Before the accuracy inspection, the press shall be in a horizontal position, and the longitudinal and transverse level readings of its inspection reference surface shall not be greater than 0.10/1000. 3.3 The edge size of the plane to be inspected without precision is calculated according to the following formula: 10.05L
Where: 1 The edge size of the plane to be inspected without precision around the plane to be inspected, mm; L—the larger of the left and right or front and back dimensions of the plane to be inspected, mm. For the edge size of the middle hole of the inspected plane without considering the precision, take 0.51. 3.4 The precision tolerance value of each inspection item shall be calculated according to the actual inspection length, and the calculation result shall be rounded off to retain micrometer digits in accordance with the provisions of GB/T8170.
