Guide for technological management-Review of standardization for technological documentation
Guide for technological management-Review of standardization for technological documentation This standard specifies the basic tasks, review objects, contents and procedures for the review of standardization for technological documentation. This standard applies to the review of standardization for technological documentation of electromechanical products. 2 Basic tasks of the review of standardization for technological documentation 2.1 Ensure the implementation of technological standards and related standards. 2.2 Ensure the integrity and unification of technological documents. 2.3 Improve the versatility of technological documents.
3 Review objects
The review of standardization for technological documentation should mainly review product process specifications and process equipment design drawings. 4 Basis for review
a) Relevant national standards and industry standards;
b) Enterprise standards and relevant regulations.
5 Review content
5.1 Review of process procedures
a) Whether the document format and size comply with the standard requirements; JB/T9169.7-1998
replaces JB/Z338.7-88
b) Whether the terms, symbols, codes and measurement units used in the document comply with the corresponding standards, and whether the text is standardized: C) Whether the selected standard process equipment complies with the standards; d) Whether the specifications of rough materials comply with the standards; e) Whether the process dimensions, process tolerances and surface roughness comply with the standards: f) Whether the relevant requirements in the process procedures comply with safety and environmental protection standards. 5.2 Review of special process equipment drawings
a) Whether the size and format of the drawings comply with the relevant standards; b) Whether the terms, symbols, codes and measurement units used in the drawings comply with the relevant standards, and whether the text is standardized; c) Whether the filling of the title bar and detail bar complies with the standards; d) Whether the drawing and dimensioning of the drawings comply with the provisions of the national standards for mechanical drawing; e) Whether the relevant dimensions, dimensional tolerances, geometric tolerances and surface roughness comply with the relevant standards; f) Whether the selected parts and structural elements comply with the relevant standards: Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on November 16, 1998 and implemented on December 1, 1998
JB/T9169.7-1998
9) Whether the selected materials, standard parts, etc. comply with the relevant standards; h) Whether the standard parts, general parts and borrowed parts are correctly selected. 6 Review procedures
6.1 The standardization review of process documents should be conducted by full-time or part-time process standardization personnel. The process documents must be signed by the "design" and "audit" (special process equipment drawings also need "process") before the standardization review can be carried out. 6.2
6.3 The standardization personnel shall make appropriate marks and records when they find problems during the review process, sign after the review is qualified, and return the problematic documents together with the review records to the original designer, and then give them to the standardization personnel for signature after modification. Disputed issues in the review should be resolved through negotiation. 6.4
