Some standard content:
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Inspection of grain and oilseedsMethods for determination of yellow-coloured rice and cracked kernelsThis standard applies to the inspection of yellow-coloured rice and cracked kernels of commercial rice and brown rice. 1 Inspection of yellow-coloured rice in rice
1.1 Instruments and appliances
1.1.1 Balance: Sensitivity 0.01g:
1.1.2 Laboratory rice milling machine;
1.1.3 Analysis plate, tweezers, etc.
1.2 Operation method
GB/T 5496-85bzxZ.net
After the roughness of rice is inspected, the brown rice sample is ground with a small rice mill to a precision close to that of standard second-grade rice, the bran powder is removed, and the weight (W) is used as the sample weight. Then the yellow rice is removed according to the regulations and weighed (W1). 1.3 Calculation of results
The yellow rice content in rice is calculated according to formula (1): Wi
Yellow rice (%)
W—weight of sample, g.
The allowable difference between two test results shall not exceed 0.3%. The average is the test result. The test result is rounded to the first decimal place.
2 Yellow rice test for rice
2.1 Operation method
Take about 50g of rice sample or, while testing broken rice, separate the yellow rice according to regulations (the yellow rice in the small broken rice shall not be tested),
weigh (W1).
2.2 Calculation of results
The yellow rice content of rice is calculated according to formula (2): W1
Yellow rice (%) =
Weight of yellow rice, g;
WTest sample weight, g.
The allowable difference between the two test results is not more than 0.3%. The average is the test result. The test result is rounded to the first decimal place.
3 Inspection of cracked brown rice
Cracks appear on the surface of brown rice grains, which are called cracked grains, commonly known as cracked grains. Operation method: After checking the roughness of rice, take 100 whole brown rice grains without selection, identify them with a magnifying glass, and pick out the cracked rice grains. The number of grains picked out is the percentage of cracked grains. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. This standard was drafted by the Grain Storage and Transportation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce. This standard was mainly drafted by Gao Xiuwu, Yang Haoran, Wu Yanxia, and Lv Guifen. It was issued by the National Bureau of Standards on November 2, 1985 and implemented on July 1, 1986.
