Evaluation method for performance of demulsifier for water-in-oil emulsion 3 Definitions
This standard does not use the following definitions.
3.1 Crude oil demulsifier Cenulsifier for crude oil is a chemical agent that can destroy crude oil emulsions.
3.2 Sample
The sample of crude oil demulsifier to be evaluated.
3.3 Standard sample
The industrial product of crude oil demulsifier with qualified quality used for reference in performance inspection. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Performance in use
In the performance inspection and evaluation of crude oil demulsifier, the indoor demulsification and dehydration temperature, the mass concentration of crude oil demulsifier dosing and other conditions should be consistent with the actual production, or be agreed upon by the user and the inspection department. 4.1.1 Under the specified crude oil demulsification and dehydration conditions, the dehydration amount of the sample shall not be less than 90% of the dehydration amount of the standard sample. 4.1.2 If the wastewater removed from the sample visually reaches the 1" water cleanliness level specified in 9.2.1 of SY/T5797.93, it can be considered that this indicator meets the requirements: If it does not meet the requirements of "1" water phase cleanliness, the leakage of the wastewater removed from the sample shall not be greater than 120% of the oil content of the wastewater removed from the standard sample.
4.1.3 The interface condition of the demulsification and dehydration of the sample and the standard sample shall be graded according to the provisions of 19.2.3 of SY5797-93. Approved by the State Administration of Petroleum and Chemical Industry on March 10, 2000, implemented on October 1, 2000
SY/T $280--2000
The interface condition level of the demulsification and dehydration of the sample shall not be lower than the interface condition level of the standard sample. 4.2 Physical and chemical indicators
The physical and chemical indicators of the sample shall meet the requirements of Table 1 Requirements. Table 1 Physical and chemical indicators
4.3 Appearance
Lower the local minimum ambient temperature
The appearance color of the sample should be basically consistent with the standard sample, without impurities and without stratification. 5 Inspection method
5.1 Performance inspection
Inspect the performance of crude oil demulsifier in accordance with the provisions of SY/T5281. 5.2 Physical and chemical performance inspection

G3/]510
GB/T 261
110% of the viscosity of the standard sample
GB/T265
According to the regulations of GB/I2828, GB/T10111 and GB/T6680, take the crude oil demulsifier sample, put it into a grinding bottle, let it stand for 24 hours, and observe its color, impurities and stratification under non-direct natural light. 6 Inspection rules

7.1 Marking
The packaging barrels of crude oil demulsifier should have obvious signs of "Do not invert", "Fireproof" and "Toxic". The product factory certificate shall be attached, and the chemical type code, chemical name, manufacturer, product standard number, trademark, net weight, export date, batch number and shelf life shall be indicated.
7.2 Net weight of the product
The net weight error of each barrel of crude oil demulsifier product should not be greater than 1%. 7.3 Packaging
The product shall be packaged in clean, dry and sealed containers. Its packaging should meet the requirements of long-distance transportation, and the specifications can be selected according to user needs. 7.4 Transportation
During transportation, it should be loaded and unloaded gently to prevent falling, exposure to the sun, and rain. 7.5 Storage
The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent water ingress, pay attention to fire prevention, and stay away from heat sources. The storage period is two years.
