Summary:
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and acceptance of inspection results for steel plates, steel sections, steel forgings and welding materials used in the manufacture of pressure hull structures of submersibles and underwater devices. This standard is applicable to the steel pressure hull structures of submersibles, underwater devices and deck pressure tanks with a pressure of no more than 9.81MPa. The pressure hull structure of the diving simulation cabin can also be used as a reference. 1 Subject and scope of application

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, test conditions and acceptance according to the test results for the steel plates, steel sections, steel parts and joint materials used in the manufacture of underwater surface structures of water-filled vessels. This standard is applicable to the manufacture of steel structures for diving, underwater equipment and four-plate plus three-cabin structures with a pressure not exceeding 9.81M1, and can also be used for the final pressure inspection of water-filled simulation cabins. 2 Reference standards

Profiles of the pressure hull structure can be selected according to the manufacturing process requirements. Steel or combined surface strips with the same brand as the pressure hull can be selected.
3.1. The physical properties of the steel used in the structure must be slightly stable under the working environment. 3.1.6 The elastic strength of the material must be within 1.06×105~2.16*10\N/mm * Within the range, the measured value of the dynamic line fast quantity E.

3.3 Welding materials

8.3.1 The technical specifications of the steel specifications, steel sections and welding materials for the shell shall comply with the national standards or professional standards and shall comply with the provisions of CB112.
8.8, 2 The connection between the calendered structural steel plate and the steel section and the steel mirror shall ensure the good compatibility of the gas sample and must use the matching starting material, see Table 5.
