4.1 Appearance
The appearance of tungsten powder should be uniform and dark gray, without inclusions visible to the naked eye. 4.2 Chemical composition

4.2.1 Except for oxygen, iron, potassium and sodium content, the content of other impurities shall comply with the provisions of FW-2 in GB3458. 4.2.2 The oxygen content of tungsten powder shall be less than or equal to 0.20%. For tungsten powder used in the mixed powder method, it can be less than or equal to 0.25%. 4.2.3 The iron content of tungsten powder shall be less than or equal to 0.01%. 4.2.4 The sum of potassium and sodium content of tungsten powder shall be less than or equal to 0.0065%. 4.3 Physical properties

4.3.2 The particle size distribution of tungsten powder should have actual measured data. Average particle size μm

4.3.3 Tungsten powder should have good infiltration for copper. The copper-tungsten contact samples prepared with it should not have a tungsten enrichment area larger than 200um. 4.4 If the buyer has special requirements, they shall be agreed upon by both parties. 5 Test method

5.1 The appearance inspection of tungsten powder shall be carried out with the naked eye or with the aid of a 10x magnifying glass. 5.2 The impurities in tungsten powder shall be determined in accordance with GB4324.1~4324.30 and shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 of this standard. 5.3 The average particle size of pigeon powder shall be determined according to GB3249, and the bulk density of tungsten powder shall be determined according to GB1479, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3.1 of this standard. 5.4 The particle size distribution of tungsten powder shall be determined according to GB6524. 5.5 The tungsten enriched area of the copper tungsten contact sample shall be inspected according to Articles 5.8 and 5.9 of GB8320, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3.3 of this standard. 6 Acceptance rules
6.1 The supplier of tungsten powder shall inspect each batch of tungsten powder composed of the same mixture according to the requirements of this standard except Article 4.3.3, and fill in the product certificate and inspection form. 6.2 After receiving the tungsten powder, the demander of tungsten powder shall take samples according to GB5341, and then inspect them item by item according to this standard. If one of the test results is unqualified, double sampling shall be taken to re-inspect the item. If it is still unqualified, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6.3 The buyer of tungsten powder shall submit a report of re-test failure to the supplier within two months after receiving the tungsten powder. If there is a dispute that requires arbitration, the arbitration sampling shall be carried out jointly at the location of the buyer of tungsten powder. 7 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Each batch of tungsten powder shall be accompanied by the supplier's product certificate and inspection form. 7.2 The product certificate shall indicate: bzxZ.net
a, product name, brand, batch number;
b. Product net weight;
c. Manufacturing date;
d. Manufacturer name,
e. Inspector name or inspection department (or code). 7.3. The content of the product inspection form shall include:
a, product name, brand, batch number
b. Product net weight;
c. Product chemical composition, average particle size, bulk density and particle size distribution; d. Date of manufacture;
e, manufacturer name;
f, inspector name or inspection department (or code). 7.4 Tungsten powder should be packed into plastic bottles lined with double plastic bags, which are placed in wooden boxes and filled with soft items. Tungsten powder can also be packed into iron barrels lined with double plastic bags. The weight of each piece shall not exceed 30kg. 7.5 The product name, brand, batch number and net weight should be marked on plastic bottles, wooden boxes or iron barrels. The wooden boxes or iron barrels should also have the words or signs "moisture-proof", "fragile" and "upward". 7.6 During transportation, the product should be protected from moisture and should not be violently collided. 7.7 Tungsten powder should be placed in a dry, ventilated and acid-free and alkali-free place, and the storage period should generally not exceed half a year.
