Rotation test of grinding wheel strengthSubject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the rotation test method of grinding wheel. This standard is applicable to grinding wheels with various binders and other abrasives that need to be subjected to rotation test. 2 Test equipment
GB/T2493--1995
Replaces GB249384
2.1 The rotation test is carried out on a special rotation test machine according to the diameter, mass and maximum working speed of the grinding wheel. 2.2 The spindle speed error of the rotation test machine should not exceed 3%. 2.3 The radial runout of the spindle of the rotation test machine should not exceed 0.07mm, and the measurement position is the middle of the core shaft. 2.4 The rotation test machine should be equipped with a time relay to ensure that when the spindle speed reaches the test speed, it is maintained for a specified time before slowing down. 2.5 The noise sound pressure level of the rotary test machine should not exceed 85dB(A) when it is unloaded. 2.6 The protective cover of the rotary test machine should be firm and safe. 2.7
The rotary test machine should be inspected regularly.
3 Test conditions and methods
3.1 The rotary test is carried out in the following way at the maximum working speed marked on the grinding wheel. For grinding wheels with a maximum working speed of less than or equal to 50m/s, the rotary test is carried out at 1.6 times the maximum working speed, and the maximum speed is maintained for 305s when it reaches the maximum speed.
For grinding wheels with a maximum working speed greater than 50m/s, the rotary test is carried out at 1.5 times the maximum working speed, and the maximum speed is maintained for 30s when it reaches the maximum speed.
Note: If there are other provisions on the rotary test method in the product standard, the product standard shall be followed. 3.2 It is allowed to install multiple grinding wheels on the main shaft of the rotary test machine at the same time, and each grinding wheel should be separated by a partition. The outer diameter and pressing surface width of the partition are the same as those of the chuck.
3.3 The grinding wheel installed on the main shaft of the rotary testing machine should be fastened with a chuck at both ends. 3.4 When the hole diameter of the grinding wheel is larger than the outer diameter of the main shaft of the testing machine, a sleeve may be used. 3.5 Grinding wheel chuck
3.5.1 The shape and dimensions of the grinding wheel chuck and the partition are shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 3.5.2 The outer diameter and hole diameter of the grinding wheel not listed in Appendix A (Supplement) shall conform to formula (1). DH
