This standard specifies the product classification technical requirements, test methods, inspection regulations and marking, packaging, transportation, storage and transportation of fastening caps and support sheets

3.1 Product classification
The fastening methods of the tight cap and the support plate are different. The tight cap is commonly known as "small sulfur", and is matched with the A-type sealing ring. Its structure diagram is shown in Figure 1; the support plate is commonly known as "plate ring", and is matched with the B-type sealing ring. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Material requirements

The fastening cap uses a brass strip with a chemical composition close to 1168, with a thickness of 0.23mm. Its chemical composition is referenced in Table 1. The material used for the support plate is determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. Table 1

6.2.2 When any of the following conditions occurs, the type inspection shall be carried out: 1) When testing new products: b) When there are major changes in materials and processes that may affect product performance; 2) When resuming production after suspension: c) When the quality supervision agency raises requirements.
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The product packaging shall have a special product logo or label indicating the following: a) Product name, trademark, serial number; 6) Name and detailed address of the manufacturer; c) Date of manufacture; d) Batch quantity.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The packaging must be moisture-proof and anti-corrosive, and can be packed in plastic shrink-wrapped lining film bags. 7.2.2 Each packing bag contains a product certificate. 7.3 During transportation, the product should be protected from corrosion and collision or squeeze. 7.4 Storage: This product should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse with no corrosive materials. Avoid rain and flooding.
