This standard specifies the test and size modification technical requirements for the nominal pressure of 0.4, 0.8, 1.2MPa. This standard applies to the flow room for the lower filling system. 2 Types and sizes
Types and sizes are in accordance with 1. Table 1 provisions
3 Technical requirements
3.1 Nominal pressure 0.4MPa (only with air flow) Test pressure 0.6MPa 0.8Mpa (only with external pressure drop). Test pressure is 1.2MPa: nominal pressure 12Mpa (inside and outside pressure drop), test pressure 18MPa3.2 Under the test pressure, the sealing performance and strength test of the valve mouth and seal are carried out. The test body should be consistent with 1 liquid, and the test pressure should be 1min. There should be no leakage and drop of pressure at the valve mouth: keep the pressure 30mm, shall not be filled. 3.3 The inner and outer springs of the chain are not allowed to be bent. 4 Marking example
