6.1 Overview
6.1.1 Each product should be inspected and qualified by the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. In special circumstances, it can also be carried out at the user with the user's consent. 6.1.2 Product acceptance inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection of normal production products. 6.1.2.1 Type inspection is to comprehensively assess whether the product meets the provisions of relevant standards and technical documents; to assess whether the design and manufacturing can meet user requirements; to assess product quality, and to evaluate the technical level of the product. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations. a. Test and finalization of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance. 6.1.2.2 The purpose of factory inspection for normally produced products is to assess whether the product manufacturing complies with the provisions of relevant standards and technical documents, and whether the product quality is qualified.
6.2 General requirements
6.2.1 During product inspection, interference from airflow, light, and heat radiation should be prevented, and the inspection tool should be isothermal before use. The product should be properly protected from changes in ambient temperature.
6.2.2 Before acceptance inspection, the product should be installed and adjusted, and generally should be naturally leveled so that the product is in a horizontal position. 6.2.3 During the acceptance inspection, the mechanisms and parts that affect the performance and accuracy of the product should not be adjusted, otherwise, the affected items should be re-inspected.
6.2.4 During acceptance inspection, the whole machine should be inspected, except for those that have no effect on the operating performance and accuracy. 6.2.5 Due to structural limitations or the lack of the specified test tools, methods with the same effect as those specified in the standard can be used instead. 6.3 Contents of acceptance inspection
