This standard is initiated by the Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, Shanghai Hydraulic Accessories\\, Changchun Automobile Research Institute, and Shanghai Hydraulic and Pneumatic Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Hu Lusheng, Li Ning, and Zhang Qianlong. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original departmental standard JB1927-77 "Flared end right angle pipe joint body" will be invalid.
