This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pollution-free food black fungus. This standard applies to the dried products of artificially cultivated pollution-free food black fungus (Auricularia auricula). 2 Normative references

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Batch rules
Black fungus from the same origin and harvested at the same time shall be regarded as one inspection batch.6.2 Sampling method

6.3 Type inspection
NY 5098---2002
Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of the product, that is, to inspect all the requirements specified in this standard. The product quality should be subject to type inspection if any of the following circumstances occurs:
a) The results of the two sampling inspections are quite different; b) The product evaluation, the national quality supervision agency or the competent department put forward the type inspection requirements; c) The production environment has changed significantly due to human or natural factors. 6.4 Delivery inspection
Before delivering each batch of products, the producer shall conduct delivery inspection. The delivery inspection content includes sensory requirements, marking, and packaging. Only products that pass the inspection and are accompanied by a certificate of conformity can be delivered.
6.5 Judgment rules
6.5.1 Products that are inspected according to this standard and whose inspection results all meet the requirements specified in this standard shall be judged as qualified. 6.5.2 If any of the sensory index and hygiene index fails to meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 6.5.3 During the delivery inspection, if any of the sensory inspections do not meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 6.5.4 If the markings do not meet the specified requirements, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified. 7 Markings
The markings shall comply with the provisions of GB7718.
8 Packaging, transportation and storage
8.1 Packaging
8.1.1 The packaging materials shall be dry, clean, odorless and non-toxic, and the packaging materials shall comply with relevant national standards and regulations. 8.1.2 The packaging shall be firm, moisture-proof and tidy, and can protect the black fungus from being squeezed, and facilitate loading and unloading, warehousing and transportation. 8.1.3 Products shall be packaged according to the same grade and the same origin. 8.2 Transportation
8.2.1 Load and unload lightly during transportation to avoid mechanical damage. 8.2.2 The transportation vehicles shall be clean, sanitary, free of pollutants and debris. 8.2.3 Protect from sunlight and rain, and do not transport naked. 8.2.4 Do not mix with toxic and hazardous items or live animals. 8.3 Storage
Products should be stored in a dark, cool, clean, dry, odor-free place, and pay attention to mildew, insect and rodent prevention. 231
