This standard specifies the product varieties, technical requirements and tests of flat power cables for electric submersible pumps. JB/T 5332.31991
This standard applies to flat power cables for electric submersible (including submersible and submersible brine) pump units with rated voltages of 3.6/6kV and below. The lower end of the cable is connected to the lead-in cable, and the upper end is connected to the ground control cabinet. In addition to complying with the provisions of this standard, the cable shall also comply with the requirements of JB5332.1 "First General Provisions for Electric Submersible Pump Cables with Rated Voltages of 3.6/6kV and Below".
Usage Characteristics
Rated voltage U. /U is 1.8/3, 3.6/6kV. The long-term allowable operating temperature and the lower allowable ambient temperature of the cable conductor are as specified in Table 1. Flat cables are particularly suitable for occasions where the gap between the oil pipe and the casing is small. The bending radius is not less than 500mm when laying.
The ambient temperature when laying polypropylene insulated cables should not be lower than -20℃. Table 1
