3 Product classification
3.1 Product type
This product is a horizontal tube heater.

Basic parameters are shown in Table 1. The Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China approved 336 on March 28, 1993. Standard material cost factors. QB/T1702.8—1993. kg/kg Processing capacity. 0. 06~~0. 08. 4.1 Products should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. They should also meet the requirements of QB/T1702.1.
4.2 All purchased parts and raw materials should have inspection certificates or quality assurance documents from the supplier. If there are no certificates or quality assurance documents, the manufacturer should inspect the purchased parts and raw materials, and only qualified ones can be used. 4.3 The basic technical requirements of the whole machine should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.4 The microbial indicators of the sterilized materials should comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T311. 4.5 The castings should not have various defects that affect the strength and other properties of the castings as specified in JB/T302. The molding sand, burrs, pouring risers, etc. on the surface and inner cavity of the castings should be cleaned.
4.6 The parts in contact with the materials should be made of materials that meet the requirements of food hygiene. The products should be easy to clean and disinfect. The pipes should be bent as little as possible, and there should be no blind ends or right angles. 4.7 The surface in contact with the materials, the surface roughness R. value should not be greater than 3.2μm, and there should be no obvious unevenness, scratches and other defects. 4.8 Except for special provisions, the welding of parts and products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.1. 4.9 The mechanical processing of parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.2. 4.10 The assembly of products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. 4.11 Paint shall comply with the provisions of QB/T1588.4. 2 The sterilizer shall be subjected to a pressure test with a test pressure of 0.15MPa. 4. 12
5 Test method
The steam consumption per unit time is measured by the condensed water weighing method, and then compared with the processing capacity per unit time, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2
The microbial indicators are tested and determined in the user's laboratory and shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4. 5.3
Processing capacity
Use a stopwatch with a graduation value of 0.1s to measure the time required to process 1t of material, and then convert it into 1h of processing capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.4 Pressure test
Perform according to the provisions of Article 10.9.4 of GB150. The test pressure is 0.15MPa, and there is no leakage when visually observed. 5.5 Other items are inspected by visual inspection, hand touch, roughness sample, etc. 6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the machine leaves the factory. 6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, etc. of the products one by one according to the product drawings, technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and the requirements of Articles 4.1~4.12.

6.1.3 Products can only leave the factory after passing the inspection, and they must be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the machine. 6.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: the finalization of new product trial production or the transfer of old products to the factory for production; when there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes after formal production that may affect product performance; when the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement for type inspection; once every three years during normal production;
When the product is stopped for a long time and then resumed.
6.2.2 Type inspection should be carried out on a random sample of products that have passed the factory inspection. The inspection items should comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. Type inspection should be carried out in the user unit.
6.2.3 Judgment rules
If the type inspection fails, double sampling should be carried out. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
According to the provisions of Chapter 8 of QB/T1702.1.
