a) It shall run smoothly without impact and obvious vibration;
There shall be no oil leakage on the joint surfaces and seals; the temperature rise of the reducer shall not exceed 40℃;
d) The gear contact surface shall not be less than 50% of the total length along the tooth length direction, and not less than 60% of the total tooth height along the tooth height direction. 4.4 Technical requirements for main parts
4.4.1 Impeller
The material shall be QT500-7 ductile iron specified in GB/T1348, and rubber-lined impellers are also allowed;4.4.1.1

5 Test method

Floatation machine testing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3686.2. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Floatation machine inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.2 Factory inspection
6.2.1 Each flotation machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. The documents proving the product’s qualification should be attached when it leaves the factory. 6.2.2 The contents of the factory inspection should include the mechanical properties test in JB/T3686.2.3 When producing single pieces in small batches, each flotation machine shall be inspected before delivery; when producing in batches, one shall be inspected for every 10 units produced. If the product fails to meet the standards, double inspection shall be conducted. If the product still fails to meet the standards, each unit shall be inspected. 6.3 Type inspection
6.3.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: when new products or old products are transferred to the factory for production and identification: a)
When the product design, structure, process or material has been significantly modified and affects the product performance: c) When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension: when the results of the factory inspection vary greatly from the last inspection; d)
e) When the national quality inspection agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.3.2 The content of the type inspection shall include the mechanical property test, clean water performance test and industrial test specified in JB/T3686.2. 6.3.3 Type inspection shall be conducted on one unit selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection. If the inspection fails, double inspection shall be conducted. 7 Marking, labeling and instruction manual
Each flotation machine shall be equipped with a product label in a conspicuous position. Its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306 and shall indicate the following contents:
a) Manufacturer name:

c) Main technical parameters;
d) Factory number and manufacturing date.
7.2 A product instruction manual shall be prepared for the flotation machine, and its contents shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9969.1. 7.3 The packaging mark of the flotation machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6388 and GB191. 8 Packaging, transportation and storage
The packaging of the flotation machine is divided into closed packaging and naked packaging. 8.2
Product packaging shall comply with the requirements of land and water transportation. 8.3
Both the exposed processing surface and the internal processing surface shall be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with oil paper. 8.4
The label of the naked tank and the outer wall of the closed packaging box shall comply with the provisions of 7.3 and shall indicate the following:4
