II. Technical requirements
2. The outer edge of the upright blade of the frame agitator should be symmetrical with the center line of the shaft hole, and its asymmetry is 4/1000 of the diameter D of the blade; its deflection from the center line of the shaft hole is 4/1000 of the blade height H, and shall not exceed 5 mm. 3. The welding form of the reinforcement part shall be intermittent welding. If integral welding is required, it can be indicated. 4. D1340 mm is generally detachable. If required by the use situation, it can be indicated whether it needs to be detachable. III. Explanation
5. This standard is recommended for the stirring of liquids in non-uniform systems with a viscosity of less than 15,000 centipoise and a weight of less than 2000 kg/m". For example: it is used to dissolve crystalline, non-crystalline, and fibrous materials, keep solid particles in suspension and fibrous materials in a uniform suspension state, polymerize viscous materials such as polymers, prevent precipitation and material adhesion to the wall, and perform heat exchange.
