The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Qinghai No. 1 Machine Tool Factory and Shanghai No. 4 Machine Tool Factory. This standard was first issued in April 1988.

Precision Inspection of CNC Bed Milling Machines
This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of CNC bed milling machines. JB/T 8329.1—1999
Replaces ZBJ54010--88
This standard applies to general-purpose horizontal and vertical CNC bed milling machines of ordinary and precision grades and worktable widths of 320~~1250mm.

3.1 When using this standard, reference should be made to GB/T17421.1, especially the installation before accuracy inspection, the idling temperature rise of the spindle and other components, and the inspection method.
3.2 Refer to the provisions of 3.1 in GB/T17421.1-1998 to adjust the installation level of the machine tool. 3.2.1 When adjusting the installation level of a cross-table milling machine, place the table, slide, spindle box and other moving parts in the middle of the stroke, and place a level gauge in the center of the table. The readings of the level gauge in the vertical and horizontal directions shall not exceed 0.03/1000. 3.2.2 When adjusting the installation level of a column-moving type or a ram-moving type milling machine, place a circular check wrench (for V-shaped guide rails) or a bridge plate (for flat guide rails) on the bed rails, and place a level ruler on the circular check rod and bridge plate perpendicular to the bed rails. Place a level gauge on each of the circular check rod, bridge plate and level ruler: level gauge a is parallel to the guide rails, and level gauge b is perpendicular to the guide rails (see Figure 1). Adjust the guide rail level, and the readings of level gauges a and b shall not exceed 0.03/1000.

3.3 The order of the precision inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. In order to facilitate the installation and disassembly of inspection tools and inspection, the inspection can be carried out in any order. 3.4 The working precision inspection should be carried out after the test piece is finely processed. 3.5 When the actual measured length is different from the measured length specified in this standard, the tolerance value should be converted according to the length that can be measured according to the provisions of 2.3.1.1 in GB/T17421.1-1998. When the conversion result is less than 0.005mm, it shall be calculated as 0.005mm. 3.6 The coordinates and movement direction of the machine tool are in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3051. The coordinates, movement direction and common structural types are shown in the figure. For the sake of simplicity, in the chapter on geometric accuracy inspection of this standard, only one type of structural diagram is attached for horizontal and vertical CNC bed milling machines. 3.7 According to the structural characteristics and the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the inspection items can be increased or decreased. 293
