This standard specifies the requirements for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of turret lathes and return wheel lathes and their inspection methods. This standard applies to turret lathes and return wheel lathes with a maximum bar diameter of 80mm or less and turret lathes with a maximum rotating diameter of 800mm or less on the bed.

3 Important notes
3.1 When using this standard, refer to JB2670, especially the installation before precision inspection, the idle running and heating of the spindle and other components, the inspection method and the precision of the inspection tools.
3.2 Before the precision inspection of the machine tool, refer to Article 3.1 of JB2670 to check the installation level of the whole machine tool. Place a special bridge plate on the guide rail of the bed, and place a level on it. The readings of the level in the longitudinal and transverse directions shall not exceed 0.04/1000. 3.3 The sequence number of the inspection items in this standard does not indicate the actual inspection sequence. In order to install and disassemble the inspection tools and the inspection method, the inspection can be carried out in any order.
3.4 The working precision inspection should be precision turning. The cutting amount, tool type and shape, and test piece material are all specified by the manufacturer. 3.5 When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance value shall be converted according to the provisions of Article 2.3 of JB2670. When the conversion result is less than 0.005nn, it shall still be calculated as 0.005mm. 3.6 According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the inspection items can be increased or decreased. 3.7 The range of tolerances for each test item II of this standard is as follows: mmwwW.bzxz.Net
