Standard atmosphere for handling and testing of pulp, paper and paperboard samples 3.1 Filter cardboard is divided into thin filter cardboard and thick filter cardboard. 3.1.1 Thin filter cardboard is used as filter disc in filter. 3.1.2 Thick filter cardboard is used as the support for filter disc in filter. 3.2 Filter cardboard is flat cardboard.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The technical indicators of filter cardboard must meet the requirements of Table 1. Table 1

4.2 Cardboard size: 1350mm×920mm, size deviation shall not exceed ±10.0mm, skewness shall not exceed 10.0mm; 1150mm×880mm, size deviation shall not exceed ±5.0mm, skewness shall not exceed 5.0mm, or other specifications specified in the order contract Approved by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 15, 1993 342

4.3 The paperboard should be calendered, with a smooth surface and uniform thickness. 4.4 There should be no delamination when the paperboard is cut. 4.5 The cut edges of the paperboard should be neat and clean, and there should be no paper defects such as indentation, folds, wrinkles, tears, bulges, warping, and undissociated fiber bundles on the surface. Paperboard with the above minor paper defects but with a usable area of more than 90% can be classified as second-class products. The number of second-class products in each batch of paperboard shall not exceed 15%.
4.6 The thickness, size, grade, etc. of the paperboard should be specified in the order contract. 5 Test methods
5.1 Size: measured in accordance with GB/T451.1. 5.2 Quantity: measured in accordance with GB/T451.2. 5.3 Thickness: measured in accordance with GB/T451.3. 5.4 Tensile strength: measured in accordance with GB/T453. 5.5 Moisture content: Determined in accordance with GB/T462. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 One batch is considered as one delivery.
6.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paperboard produced meets the requirements of this standard, and a product quality certificate shall be attached to each piece of paper delivered. 6.3 Product delivery sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, and the sample unit is piece. 6.4 Delivery sampling plan, inspection level, and qualified quality level (AQL) shall be as specified in Table 2. 6.5 The sampling of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450, and the pre-inspection treatment of samples shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10739. Class C nonconforming

6.6 The purchaser has the right to accept the goods according to this standard. If there is any objection to the quality of the batch, the supplier shall be notified within three months after the arrival of the goods for joint re-inspection. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch nonconforming and the supplier shall be responsible for handling it; if it meets the requirements of this standard, the purchaser shall be responsible for handling it. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The packaging and marking of paperboard shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, and the following supplements shall be made. 7.1.1 The net weight of a paperboard piece is 250kg, or the number of pieces agreed with the user. 7.1.2 Paperboards of different brands, thicknesses, sizes and grades shall be packaged separately. 7.2 Paperboards shall be properly stored to prevent the influence of wind, rain, snow and ground moisture. 7.3 A canopy and clean transportation vehicle shall be used for transportation. 7.4 Paper pieces shall not be thrown down from a height.
