This standard specifies the structure and main dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of track-type bulldozer track roller assemblies. This standard applies to track-type bulldozer track rollers (hereinafter referred to as track rollers) with track pitches of 203A, 203B, 216, and 228.6 mm, and also applies to track-type bulldozers, pipelayers, well-draining machines, and loaders with the same pitch, and can be used as a technical reference for track rollers of other pitches. This standard is a revision of JB298381 "Supporting wheels for crawler bulldozers". Compared with JB2983-81, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: the data of backward products in the series have been eliminated, and the figures and tables of the structure and size of each part have been deleted: - cast steel is no longer used for the wheel body, and materials with good performance and high strength are added: - the floating seal ring and floating seal rubber ring are included in the category of standard parts: the test method clause is included:
- percentage sampling is abolished, and GB2828-87 "Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Continuous Batch Inspection)" is implemented. This standard will replace JB2983-81 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Engineering Machinery Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Tianjin Engineering Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, Hubei Xianning Engineering Machinery Factory, Jiangsu Kunshan Tool Factory, and Yantai Tractor Parts Factory.
Participating drafting units of this standard are: the 6411th Factory of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the 6444th Factory of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and Dashiqiao Tractor Parts Factory.
The main drafters of this standard are Li Mingxiang, Yan Huazhong, Cai Zuliang and Wang Jiurong.
